Remove dependency on bouncycastle_ike_digests filegroup The bouncycastle_ike_digests filegroup has been changed to a java_library of the same name so this removes the reference to the filegroup from the api-srcs filegroup and adds it to the ike-internals java_library. IKEv2 Library for Android

Introduction

This IKEv2 library is an in-process client library implementing the IKEv2 protocol as well as extensions necessary for the support of IWLAN. It is designed to work in a non-privileged fashion on top of the Android IPsec API surface.
